18 Properties Available In St Clairsville

Harvey Goodman is the ONLY choice in the area for one reason, Kathy Osovich. Not only a celebrated professional, but a woman with a huge heart. Kathy has genuine care and concern for her clients, they are not just "commission", as I have found with other agencies. Kathy puts time, effort and complete understanding into her scope of work. I have been a client of Kathy's for years, and she has become family to me, and to my friends and family of whom I have referred her. I cannot say enough about her being there any time of the day or night, never giving up, and rendering her honest opinion on matching the home to the person. After years of living elsewhere, and whenever I come home, it's Kathy that opens the door in the Ohio Valley for me! Each and every time. Thank you Kathy! Simply the BEST! Harvey Goodman’s realtors aim to please and will continue to serve and go above expectations to meet your real estate needs.

At Harvey Goodman Realtor®, their realtors are knowledgeable! Our loan was difficult to secure, we had credit issues in the past and had to work hard to get the preapproval letter, once we did, we found a beautiful home we liked! I really recommend our Goodman agent!
